How Can I Make a Reservation?

You can receive an online price quote and make a reservation in just a few simple steps via www.bitrentacar.com.

You can make a reservation by calling the Reservation Center at 0850 335 0 500 or +90 532 588 73 68 between 09:00 and 19:00.

You can request a price and vehicle quote by sending an email to rezervasyon1@bitrentacar.com.

At our Sabiha Gökçen Airport branch, the minimum reservation period is 4 days.

What should I do in case of an accident?

Without moving the vehicle, photos of the scene must be taken in a way that clearly shows the license plates of the vehicles involved in the accident or incident. The nearest police or gendarmerie station must be notified and an official police report must be obtained. Additionally, the Bitrentacar Contact Center must be informed at 0850 335 0 500.

What age do I need to be to rent a car?

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 22 years old and hold a valid Class B driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

If the customer is 21 years old and has held a Class B driving license for at least 2 years, they may rent a vehicle by purchasing the Young Driver Package.

Do I Need a Credit Card to Rent a Car?

• For our guests who hold a foreign passport, a foreign driving license, and reside abroad, we can process rentals with cash payment and cash deposit options in addition to credit card payment. A condition applies that the entry into the country must have been made within a maximum of 10 days prior to the rental date.
